1. To help the State Governments, the Central Government reimburses, in the form of grants-in-aid, some part of expenditure incurred on the authorized items of CD for raising and training of volunteers, other equipments and services etc which is poolable and shareable between the Centre and the State. As per financial policy of reimbursement for sharing of authorized expenditure on Civil Defence as under:-
